Job Description

Procurement Operations:

• Approve process Purchase Requests (PRs) into formal Purchase Orders (POs) and issue them to approved suppliers.
• Send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to the warehouse and maintain accurate records of all purchasing documents.
• Proactively follow up on order status and delivery timelines to ensure supply continuity.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing solar product suppliers.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoices and maintain an updated supplier database with performance ratings.

Inventory & Supply Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor to monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and address overstock situations.
