Job Description
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule and order status.
- Assist sales team to prepare quotations for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Check and update purchase, sales and delivery records.
- Assist in arranging shipment / delivery when required.
- Maintain proper filing of documents such as quotations, PO, invoices and delivery orders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
