About the Role Responsibilities include sourcing for and procurement of materials, equipment, services from reliable suppliers at the best possible prices. Responsibilities
Defining and implementing an effective purchasing strategy and improvement programs
Evaluation of suppliers’ performance (such as timely delivery, competitive pricing, quality of product and services) in compliance with ISO requirements
Effective management of the store to achieve optimum and dependable inventory levels
Managing staff development and improvement in the department Qualifications
Strong negotiation skills
Possess Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any related field
Have at least 5 years related working experience in local or overseas procurement in a manufacturing environment (managerial role)
Experience in managing people
Must be able to work independently
Good organization and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
