**The Role**
The **Purchasing Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the Materials Department and managing all procurement activities to ensure the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services required for the hotel's operations. The role will work closely with all departments to maintain cost-effective purchasing practices, ensure compliance with Hyatt's policies and standards, and develop strong supplier partnerships while supporting the hotel's financial and operational goals.
