Job Descriptions

• Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses
• Spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes
• Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures on cost management
• Issue purchase orders and liase with suppliers for delivery and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and prepare reports
• Resolve supplier issues and ensure product quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support audits and handle ad-hoc duties
