Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers.
- Obtain budget approval from the Director before proceeding with any purchase.
- Review and verify sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Create item codes using the PCS system.
- Prepare and issue invoices through the PCS system.
- Print barcodes, arrange delivery to outlets, and coordinate with outlets regarding any defective items.
- Follow up with outlets and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or product-related issues.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or related areas.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
