The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the hotelβs procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of quality materials, competitive pricing, and effective vendor management. The role supports smooth hotel operations by sourcing food & beverage supplies, operating equipment, guest supplies, engineering materials, and other requirements while maintaining cost control and compliance with purchasing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily purchasing activities as per hotel operational requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase recommendations.
