Job Description
Your key responsibility
- Manage order entries and tracking in collaboration with Product Management and Sales teams
- Plan deliveries, as well as their follow-up while respecting deadlines
- Ensure coordination with our European and Asian subcontractors, while handling various logistical matters
- Organize and monitor deliveries for our distribution center in Belgium and for our international distributors
- Prepare purchasing reports, statistics, and analyses
- Verify invoices and handle various administrative tasks
Your profile
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Commercial Administration or an equivalent qualification
- You have a first experience in a commercial environment of at least 3 years
- You work accurately, independently, and proactively
- You have a methodical and logical mindsetKnowledge of SAP is an asset
