PURCHASING COORDINATOR
Location: 8 JALAN BATU TIGA LAMA, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN SUITE 28 8 LEVEL 28 CENTRO, KLANG, 41300, Malaysia

Responsibilities
- Support the Raw Material Purchasing department in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective procurement operations
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high priority topics are handled before the deadline
- Compile, analyze, and generate procurement-related data and reports, market data gathering and analysis
- Assist in preparing and maintaining raw material purchasing specifications and coordinate receiving documents, samples, and supplier communication in time
- Support the Purchasing team during audit sessions, including document retrieval and follow‑up on action items
