Purchasing Assistant

Gomeco Metal Corporation, a leading manufacturer of metal products, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Malinta Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Purchasing Department.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of raw materials, installation materials, equipment, and other business supplies
2. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and manage orders
3. Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments to suppliers
5. Support the implementation of efficient purchasing processes and procedures
6. Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team as needed
