Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Assistant to support procurement activities. This entry-level role welcomes diploma holders and fresh graduates eager to develop skills in purchasing and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and maintain procurement documents accurately
• Organize and track multiple purchasing tasks to ensure timely order processing
• Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Review purchase requests and assist in supplier liaison to support procurement operations
• Maintain detailed records to support efficient purchasing workflows and reporting
