Job Description
Job Summary
Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm), able to OT
Location: Woodlands
Salary range: Up to $2500, including AWS + Bonus + Company Trips
Responsibilities- Create a purchase order.
- Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure quantity and quality of received items.
- Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order.
- Discuss product quality concerns and any inconsistencies with suppliers.
- Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
- Communicate with suppliers on documentation such as MSDS, product specifications, etc.
- Conduct a weekly inventory check.
- Participate in the annual stock take.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
