Job Description
Support the process behind the fun!
We’re looking for a detail-driven Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement and delivery of product across our venues. Working closely with the Senior National Purchasing Officer, you’ll help ensure the right equipment lands in the right place, on time and on budget.
12 month fixed-term contract
What you’ll be doing
- Own the end-to-end purchasing process – POs, approvals, invoices and tracking
- Coordinate international shipments with suppliers and freight partners
- Monitor delivery timelines and provide accurate ETA updates
- Track shipments from supplier through to venue delivery
- Support cost-effective sourcing and purchasing decisions
- Keep internal teams updated on order status and allocations
