Dromoland Castle Resort, one of Ireland's most prestigious five-star hotels, has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, committed, and ambitious individual to join the Purchasing Department on a fixed-term contract from July 2026 to January 2027. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing Manager in support of key daily purchasing tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching suppliers and negotiating the best value in terms of price, quality, and service.
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Entering and maintaining accurate order information within internal purchasing systems.
• Monitoring Procure Wizard orders from departments and adjusting quantities or sourcing alternative products where required.
