Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create, track, and maintain purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock audits
- Verify invoices and coordinate with Accounting for payment
- Maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate; Business-related course preferred
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or admin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
- Willing to work in Bocaue, Bulacan
- Can start ASAP
