Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, track, and maintain purchase orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock audits
  • Verify invoices and coordinate with Accounting for payment
  • Maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate; Business-related course preferred
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or admin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to work in Bocaue, Bulacan
  • Can start ASAP
