Job Description

Responsibilities
-- Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
-- Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
-- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for procurement transactions.
-- Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials on-site.
-- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials.
-- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules under the guidance of the Purchasing Officer.
