Job Description
As the Purchasing and Supply Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability while optimizing costs, lead times, and quality. Your tasks include:
Purchasing
⢠Define and implement the company's purchasing strategy
⢠Identify and select new national and international suppliers
⢠Negotiate prices, delivery times, payment terms, and contracts
⢠Evaluate supplier performance (quality, reliability, compliance)
Supply
⢠Manage supply needs according to forecasts and the production schedule
⢠Monitor stock levels and optimize turnover
⢠Place and track purchase orders
⢠Coordinate internal logistics to ensure continuous availability
Importation
⢠Manage the entire import process: documents, transport, customs, transit
⢠Optimize logistics costs and choose the best incoterms
