Job Description
Become a vital part of our team as a Purchasing Agent, working alongside the Plant Manager. Your focus will be on daily purchasing and inventory control.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily purchases necessary for our office and manufacturing functions. This includes maintaining an inventory system, revising supplier contracts, and monitoring seasonal inventory. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1 to 3 years of procurement experience are required, along with strong communication skills in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily purchasing tasks efficiently
• Keep the inventory system updated and accurate
• Engage in product research and supplier negotiations
• Assess vendor contracts for company adherence
• Support inventory monitoring across departments
