Annual Salary: $60,000-90,000
Job Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers on behalf of BLY for goods and services after obtaining required approvals.
- Ensure purchase orders are issued through ERP system and current PO status and delivery dates are maintained.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding open purchase orders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure competitive bids are secured from approved suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with accounting, suppliers, and others to resolve issues related to purchase orders and implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure all suppliers are on BLY approved supplier list.
- Meet with potential suppliers to negotiate pricing and set up buy opportunities for certain products.
