Job Description
- The Best Connection has an exciting new opportunity available in Runcorn!
- Our client, a leading manufacturer & distributor of health supplements and vitamins is looking to add an experienced Purchasing Administrator to their dedicated and committed team.
- The ideal candidate will be required to assist the purchasing department with day to day operations including the interaction with suppliers to maintain pricing & delivery schedules and also internal personnel as a liaison between supply orders and customer orders.
- The daily duties will include:
- Raise Purchase Orders with the aid of MRP and track progress to delivery status
- Schedule deliveries with suppliers and hauliers and share information with logistics
- Expedite / delay / cancel outstanding purchase orders
- Receipt goods in and resolve queries
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries
