Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of general material / hardware for project site according to product evolution, specification and requirements.
- To handle price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparison for management’s approval.
- To generate Purchase Order according to Material Requisition from site personnel.
- To generate monthly purchase reports.
- To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.
- To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
