GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new role for an experienced Purchaser. The position reports to the Subcontract Manager and involves supporting supplier management across the entire procurement lifecycle. Responsibilities include building strong supplier relationships, managing quoting activities, overseeing purchasing processes, and expediting materials to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing quoting, system setup, purchase order creation, order tracking, ongoing communication, and issue resolution throughout the procurement process.
• Material Expediting: Partner closely with project teams to proactively expedite materials and ensure project timelines and delivery commitments are met.
