Job Description

  • Process Material Requests (MR), verify Bills of Materials (BOM), and issue materials to production.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Maintain daily stock records for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables in Google Drive and physical stock registers.
  • Update and maintain glass bin cards based on physical stock movements.
  • Prepare Monthly Raw Material Planning (MRP) based on the sales pipeline for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables.
  • Prepare Monthly Stock Inventory Reports and Stock Balance Reports for Stores and Raw Material Inspection Warehouse.
