About the Role

Playa key role in our day‑to‑day operations, assisting the Purchase and Sales Ledger team with everything from registering invoices to reconciling supplier statements whilst studying your AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting throughout the course of your 18‑month apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Manager.
  • Assist the team with a range of administrative tasks and to provide general support in the day to day running of Brett Aggregates Ltd.
  • Register invoices on the company financial system IFS.
  • Reconcile suppliers’ statements.
  • Provide cover to sales and purchase ledger team as and when required.
  • Respond to email and telephone inquiries.
