Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk
Leeds City Centre / Mainly Remote
8-Month Temporary Assignment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a business based in Leeds City Centre on an approximately 8-month temporary contract.

This is a mainly remote role, although candidates must be comfortable attending the Leeds office on occasion when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as needed
