Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Purchase Ledger Assistantto join a well-established, business on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small finance team, managing the purchase ledger while providing support across sales ledger, administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Managing end‑to‑end purchase ledger processing
- Conducting supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of the payment run
- Supporting sales ledger and credit control responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
- Past experience in a similar role
- Basic Excel skills – ability to manipulate data
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
