Responsibilities

You will be joining at a hugely exciting time for Helix with the opportunities that the acquisition by Hines brings, including the growth of the portfolio and an increased focus on ESG and technology.

You will be fully responsible for overseeing and managing the service charge team, in addition to managing your own portfolio of properties.

• Accurately code, seek authorisation and process supplier invoices, credit notes and other transactions
• Complete supplier reconciliations
• Prepare supplier payment runs; these can be processed via manual cheques, BACS or other means
• Present payment runs to senior staff for authorisation
