Job Description
Transform community health as a Public Health Nurse in the Vaccine Program with the City of Hamilton. Engage actively in immunization initiatives, case management, and health promotion strategies.
As a Public Health Nurse, you will leverage your nursing expertise to provide effective vaccination services and implement public health protocols.
