Tasks

  • Receiving accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to procedures

  • Regularly checking dedicated portals and retrieving invoices from specified sources

  • Scanning and uploading invoices into the system in line with established guidelines

  • Handling selected communication (via email) with all internal departments

  • Contacting relevant departments to clarify the correctness and completeness of documents

  • Archiving paper documents in accordance with internal policies

  • Physically sending letters to designated departments as required
