- Lead stabilization and treatment for adults (16+) with acute mental illness across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Participate in a sustainable one-in-six weekday/weekend on‑call rotation.
- Provide expert psychiatric consultation to the Emergency Department and Crisis Team.
- Mentor medical learners and residents through an academic appointment with Queen's University.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, nurses, and social workers to deliver recovery‑oriented care.
