Job Description
PS Ops Analyst
RingCentral is looking for a PS Ops Analyst to support the Professional Services Operations Team in the Order-to-Cash business operations process. The role focuses on advanced ticket-level tasks with associated SLAs, providing the opportunity to learn multiple functions and rotate across ticket types.
Key Responsibilities
- Verification of PS Sales Bookings and Orders
- Verification of change orders and processing in SalesForce and project delivery software systems
- Creating Project Closure Forms
- Processing of Billing across seven different types and processes and verification of prerequisites
- Processing of Refund requests
- Calculation of cancellation fees and processing of invoices
- Creating and processing full project Termination Agreements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working with SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
