As a Proxy Product Owner - Data in Cybersecurity at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Structure and support a smooth transition from the build phase to the run phase of project activities.
- Own and manage the ServiceNow incident backlog.
- Propose arbitration on ServiceNow run tickets based on risk and business impact.
- Analyze and coordinate ServiceNow incident tickets with the development team, and communicate outcomes to users.
