About the Company
Legion Health is building autonomous medical care (the AI doctor), starting with psychiatry. Our AI-native care-delivery platform automates the administrative work required to deliver direct patient care, allowing us to collapse healthcare's admin and clinical labor costs. Backed by Y Combinator, we are rebuilding full-stack care delivery from first principles to provide a 10X better patient and clinician experience.
Responsibilities
- Build Legion’s provider referral engine from 0 to 1 and then 1 to N
- Identify, prioritize, and win high-potential referral sources including PCPs, pediatricians, and health-system care teams
- Create territory and market launch plans including account targeting, outreach, and provider education
- Own referral growth metrics such as new accounts, monthly volume, and partner retention
- Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders
