Position: Protocol Specialist (UAE National Preferred)

Assist the Director of Protocols in delivering the highest standards of protocol services to VIP customers including Heads of State, dignitaries, official delegations, and government guests in strict accordance with international protocol norms, conventions, and RoyalJet’s Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate seamlessly with RoyalJet Management, Commercial, Flight Operations, FBO, Ground Operations, government authorities, and VIP representatives to orchestrate flawless pre-flight, arrival, and departure movements. Consistently provide exceptional customer service and public relations to ensure utmost VIP satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate seamless VIP movements within RoyalJet premises, personally receiving, accompanying, and seeing off Heads of State, dignitaries, official delegations, and government guests before and after flights, ensuring flawless protocol execution.
