Job Description
What will you do?
- Technical support for our protel product range by phone and email
- Responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries
- Utilization of your experience in the hotel industry and the IT knowledge you gain with us
- Clear and friendly communication by phone and email, even in stressful situations
- Effective communication and collaboration within the support team
Requirements
- Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)
- Experience in hotel front and back office
- Basic understanding of business administration in the field of accounting
- Strong IT affinity
- Perfect German skills and good English skills; French and/or Italian are very important.
