Purpose of Role

To implement the protection services strategy and ensure the safety and security of all mining staff and assets against the business risk of crime, non-criminal incidents, non-compliance, waste, negligence, misuse and unethical practices in line with industry standards. To coordinate and manage the application of all security operations and process including monitoring, guarding the premises and maintaining access control parameters (boom-gate) to prevent theft, vandalism, accidents and unauthorised access.
