Job Description
Key responsibilities for this position:
Quotation Support
+ Provide consultative technical advice on product suitability for customer’s applications.
+ Ensure that technical solutions and quotations meet customer requirements and expectations.
+ Attend factory specific application training to ensure ongoing update of specialist knowledge + Act as the specialist and quotation interface between the Sales Support Engineers, Technical Support Engineers (Manila Team) and the BU / Product Specialist Order Execution Support + Ensure that order write-ups are accurate and are processed in line with Order Review response expectations, to support automated order entry where available. + Ensure clean order % is at required levels + Host customer inspections or F.
