An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Proposals Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation within the utilities sector. Reporting to the Sales & Proposals Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technically sound and commercially competitive proposals for utility boiler and environmental projects while supporting the achievement of annual sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities Review customer enquiry documents and interpret technical and commercial requirements. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and gather project information. Liaise with the Applications Engineering Manager to define project scope and technical solutions. Prepare, issue, and evaluate enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
