The Bid Coordinator will support the company by assisting with the preparation, coordination, and production of bid submissions, capability statements, and related marketing collateral. This role will work closely with the Bid Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders to compile, format, and present information clearly and professionally using established content, templates, and design assets. The position is primarily a support role focused on coordination, document production, visual presentation, and submission quality.

• Support the preparation and coordination of bids, capability statements, and related submission documents.
• Compile and format proposal content using established templates, brand assets, and existing library collateral.
