Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large, multi-stakeholder proposals—including

Design-Build, P3, and multidisciplinary submissions—ensuring seamless integration across teams.

Coordinate internal and external contributors to ensure all proposal content is complete, compliant,

and developed in alignment with policies, procedures, branding and quality standards.

Shape winning themes, client-focused messaging, and detailed compliance matrices that clearly

communicate differentiators and value proposition.

Guide the overall story arc of each submission—executive summaries, methodologies, management

plans, and project narratives—to maximize persuasiveness and win potential.
