Job Description
Proposal Support Coordinator The Proposal Support Coordinator contributes to the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposal submissions. Working as part of the proposal team, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining core content, including resumes, project profiles, and standardized proposal materials, while supporting the execution of active pursuits. The position plays a key role in strengthening content quality, consistency, and readiness across all submissions.
Proposal Development
- Contribute to the preparation and assembly of proposal submissions (RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and pre‑qualifications)
- Develop and format submission content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements
