Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Proposal Team. This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Proposal Specialist uses knowledge of Marsh’s solutions to help develop a value proposition tailored to each customer. This includes establishment of a win strategy, coordination with all internal departments (Claims, Advisory, Sales, Specialty, etc.), identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development and all activities related to the RFP.
