The Proposal Manager would lead the development and submission of high-quality, competitive and sole-source proposals. This individual will oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring proposals are aligned with customer needs and L3Harris capabilities while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management, communication, and writing skills and is capable of managing multiple proposals simultaneously.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the full proposal process, from initial opportunity identification through final submission, ensuring high-quality, proposals and ECP’s that align with L3Harris IEC business objectives.
  • Support fact-finding, bid strategy and negotiations.
