Job Overview

Proposal Specialist supporting pursuit and proposal activities, managing development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy. Preferred location: Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral and presentations.
• Understand technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by sectors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate content providers, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Review RFPs and participate/lead strategic win plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders.
• Coordinate proposal kick‑off meetings.
• Develop and implement proposal templates and schedules.
• Develop sections of the Strategic Win Plan (RFP requirements and schedule).
• Facilitate color review meetings and drive content completion.
