Job Description
We are seeking an experience Proposal Manager to join our Dubai based client within the Civil Engineering Industry.
Relevant Experience:
- Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Proposal management or bid management
- Tendering processes, particularly within the UAE/GCC market
- Experience in the Architecture / Engineering industry or Consulting or project-based environments
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proposal tools (e.g., InDesign)
- Knowledge of branding and presentation standards
