Job Purpose

The Property Support Officer supports Town Council operations by ensuring estates remain inspection-ready through structured routine and ad-hoc assessments. The officer identifies defects and prepares condition reportsacross conservancy, landscape, pest control, and estate infrastructure domains. The role focuses on monitoring, verification, and coordination, without duplicating or replacing the statutory functions of Town Council PropertyOfficers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of conservancy areas, estateroads, landscape areas, and pest control conditions.
• Verify night-time and early-morning site conditions where required.
• Identify visible defects, non-compliance, or deterioration during inspections.
• Utilise digital inspection platforms, mobile reporting tools, and photo-based documentation systems where deployed.
