Job Description
The Role
As a Property Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing predominantly commercial property files (90%), with some residential work (10%).
- Run commercial property matters end‑to‑end (sales and acquisitions)
- Manage Pexa and titles registration
- Liaise directly with high net worth clients and stakeholders
- Manage files, settlements, and documentation
- Manage occasional residential sale/purchase files
You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Property Paralegal (essential)
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions
- Confidence managing files autonomously
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
