Job Overview
JLL is hiring a Property Manager for its diversified portfolio in North York, which includes a complex of interconnected multi‑tenant office buildings, a recently upgraded retail parkade, and excellent tenant food amenities.
The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, working with the client to understand investment objectives and develop strategic plans, and communicating effectively with building owners and tenants.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Develop, gain consensus for, and implement the Management Plan for assigned assets.
- Assist in completing the Management Audit.
- Employ or contract onsite management and building personnel as delineated within the operating budget, management plan or services agreement.
