Job Description
- Assist tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate lease records.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Track rent payments, security deposits, and operational expenses.
- Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties/units.
- Scheduling property viewings.
- Create and Manage listings, including the advertisements of properties/units through online channels.
We are looking for potential candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Business or Property Management courses.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Willing to be trained.
