Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of city properties
• Planning and overseeing investment and renovation projects
• Financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring of properties
• Management of leasing activities and occupancy rates
• Preparation of contracts and procurement
• Property safety, risk management, and compliance with authorities
• Collaboration with city departments, companies, and service providers
